Swiss based Dufour Aerospace is developing a family of tilt-wing platforms to make future manned and unmanned electric and hybrid electric aircraft a reality. Dufour’s prototypes have already flown many hundreds of flights – both manned and unmanned.

We are seeking a communications intern who is passionate about communication and content creation in an aviation environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Management and fully be part of our team.

Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for aviation, right to work in Switzerland. Our internships typically last 6 months. This is a paid internship.

Tasks

Your tasks include:

• Identifying and summarising suitable topics for public communication from the environment of our activities
• Partner with our teams to create videos, photos and texts to be distributed on Dufour’s online and social media channels
• Coordinating the publication of content with our partners
• Supporting the Management in all aspects of external and internal communications and marketing activities
• Assisting in the organisation of small events
• A limitied amount of travel will be necessary

Requirements

• First knowledge in content creation and content management of all kinds (photos, video clips, texts, social media activities, website) and initial experience in these areas from private or professional activities
• Good technical understanding (aviation, robotics, computer science or related fields) – but you do not need to be an expert in this
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to learn and to familiarise yourself independently with new topics and ability to approach people naturally
• Good organisational skills, allrounder
