Your Role

For the ongoing expansion of our Zurich practice, we are looking for a highly motivated

and outstanding full-or part-time Swiss attorney for drafting of agreements and regula-

tory and tax clarifications. Legal research, drafting agreements, clarifying tax and reg-

ulatory questions and communication with clients, team members and authorities will

be part of your daily tasks. You represent the firm’s clients before Swiss courts.

Your Profile

You have excellent academic credentials with a law degree from Swiss law school(s)

and are admitted to the bar in Switzerland. Work experience from an internationally

oriented law firm or financial services player is a plus. You are strongly entrepreneurial

minded with excellent analytical skills and a self-starter mentality. We also consider

candidates for part time re-entry into professional life. You have the ability to listen

carefully, work efficiently and precisely against tight deadlines. You are fluent in Ger-

man and English (must), French, Russian or Mandarin would be a plus.
