Summary

We are looking for Support Engineers for Manufacturing and R&D Applications to perform the following roles and responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support the Boudry plant IT operations related to production activities Product Manufacturing Quality Packaging and Logistic
  • 1st level support in French of the Manufacturing Execution System MES and its supporting Hardware such as Desktops Label Printers Bar code readers
  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd level support and administration of the Production Laboratory and Quality related systems such as Chromatography Room Monitoring System RMS,
  • IT Incident Problem Management according to ITIL best practices
  • Documentation authoring
Required Skills And Experience

The following skills are an absolute MUST:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support,
  • Experience providing support to Operators in a Manufacturing Plant
  • Awareness on GxP (Good Everything Practice) / GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
  • Fluent French communication
  • Intermediate English communication
  • Experience of handing user support
  • Experience in communication with different stakeholders
  • IT Incident, Problem Management according to ITIL best practices knowledge
