One of our client, specialized in the medical device industry, is looking for a:

Your mission:

Create and manage labeling change requests within the document management system.
Design product labeling considering such factors as product identification, worldwide requirements, and aesthetic quality, printing and production methodology.
Respond to the labeling support requests.
Support and define operating procedures related to the labeling activities, working closely with interlocutors from logistic and production department.
Prepares labels and ensures that they are available according to prescribed timelines.
Working with other functions to identify and solve labeling inconsistencies with labeling material and requirements to meet project and the company’s objectives.
Organize and communicate the status of label requests.
Management of data linked to labeling in the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics)

Your profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
Bachelor’s degree / experience in the medical device industry
Applied knowledge of FDA or Swissmedic and international medical device regulations (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, etc.), ideally in labeling
Experience with medical device labeling regulations (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, etc.).
Experience with quality system, regulatory affairs and change control.
Applied technical understanding of manufacturing processes specific to medical device manufacturing
Fluent in French and English is mandatory
Ability to interact proactively and provide counsel and expertise to internal and external customers on labeling subjects
Strong verbal and writing communication capabilities, fair-play spirit, positive-minded
