Die Stelle unterstützt die Herstellung von Wirkstoffen und festen Darreichungsformen für klinische Studien. Speziell beziehen sich die Tätigkeiten auf die GMP-gerechte Produktion von Wirkstoffen und fester Darreichungsformen, Bedienung der Herstellanlagen, Unterstützung bei Wartung & Qualifizierung, sowie Reinigung und Dokumentation der durchgeführten Aktivitäten.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
  • GMP gerechte Herstellung der Wirkstoffe und fester Darreichungsformen inklusive Durchführung der In-Prozess (IPC) oder Prozessablaufkontrollen (PAK) und Eingabe in das MES System
  • GMP gerechte Dokumentation und Kontrolle der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten (Elektronische Batch Dokumentation, Logbücher, Etiketten, Formblätter, zugehörige Beilagen)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung und Einhaltung von 5S und IQP/Continuous Improvement (CI) Massnahmen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung von internen und externen Audits & aktive Teilnahme bei der Durchführung der Audit
Berufliche Erfahrung
  • Berufsausbildung als Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe, Lebensmittelbereich oder Hygienebetrieb oder eine technische Berufsausbildung mit Erfahrung im GMP regulierten Umfeld
  • Oder Min. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im GMP regulierten Umfeld, sofern keine Fachausbildung als Chemie- oder Pharmatechnologe vorliegt.
  • Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Wirkstoffen oder festen Darreichungsformen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Gute Englischkenntnisse
