Our client, a very important pharma company, is looking for an Senior Team Lead Operations. The role is based in the canton of Valais and will require a physical presence at the office location.Benefits

Key Requirements
  • Finished studies in relevant life sciences field;
  • A minimum of 5 years of expertise in biotechnical manufacturing;
  • Experience in leading teams;
  • Fluency in English and/or German.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 10 specialists; similar in nature to a Principal role;
  • In charge of training, implementing new ideas, coaching, promotion decisions, and more;
  • Support various teams with expertise and know-how in troubleshooting, solution finding, and optimizing outcomes;
