The position manages the People Operations services of the fast-growing EPAM Switzerland organization with around 700+ employees. This includes primarily responsibilities for HR Administration, Payroll (extern), HR-IT and handling requests through coordination and action in a fast-paced environment. The role is directly managing two People Operations Specialists and reports to the Head of People Switzerland & Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the provision of timely, first-class administrative support across all areas of employee relations in accordance with company values, policies, and procedures
  • Responsible for the HR administration for the entire employment lifecycle
  • Manage the coordination of employee payment with external payroll provider and work closely with Finance
  • Leading two People Operations Specialists and support their development and growth
  • Manage and represent EPAM Switzerland’s interests in the global HR-IT landscape
  • Develop and implement programs and processes to continuously improve and adopt to business needs
  • Work with global/regional program stakeholders on processes and policies
  • Ensure compliance – quality contracts, data privacy, internal controls and external audits
  • Update Intranet
  • Undertake Benchmark Surveys (Compensation, Benefits etc.)
  • Managing HR Projects

Requirements

  • Higher degree in Human Resources build up on commercial education
  • Min 7 years Swiss HR Operations experience, few years with Operations responsibility
  • Ability to independently manage a HR Operations function without supervision
  • Experience in leading direct report(s)
  • Very good written and verbal communication in German and English
  • High service orientation and quality believes paired with delivery strength
  • Hands-on, self-motivated, dynamic personality combined with can do attitude
  • Strong administrator and coordinator, able to multi-task and always keeping overview, following through to completion
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish solid working relationships; easy to work with personality
  • Open-minded, sharing, thinking outside of the box
  • Eagerness to learn and develop further
  • Proficient working with different IT solutions and to adopt. Experience in evaluating and implementing new Software
