Today we are leaders in Switzerland and Luxembourg, but we are now ready to take over the whole European continent with our business in an ambitious expansion plan. An achievement we are confident in accomplishing in the next 3 years!

For this reason, we are looking for a Learning and Development Associate in the Headquarters in Lausanne. You will join a brand-new project alongside the Manager of the project, that will organize and plan the training for all of our cleaning agents in Switzerland.

Tasks

Your Mission
  • Develop cleaning agent training strategy and roadmap
  • Develop content for online training modules, live training, video trainings and 1-1 coaching jointly with Marketing team
  • Coordinate cleaning agent training and communication plan in all Switzerland
  • Train cleaning agents to become trainer
  • Continuously improve training modules and evaluate impact on cleaning agent’s performance and rating
Requirements

Your weapons
  • Fluent in French and English is a must. German and another language would be a plus.
  • A very strong analytical mindset
  • Human Resources and Company Training experience is a plus
  • Proactive, creative, self-motivated, and out of the box thinking
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding eloquence
  • Ability to manage projects and multitask at scale
