Our client, is currently looking for the new Managing Director (Geneva / Fixed position).

In this new challenge, you will. control and oversee all Office Geneva business day to day operations and its people (5 persons), driving a commercial approach whilst implementing the Group’s vision, mission, strategic goals and culture locally. Has a Group Holdings Board Member, you assist in the development, oversight and effective implementation of Group strategy.

Responsabilities :

  • Development and implementation of comprehensive business plans / strategies in order to attain board and shareholders goals, driving profitability, growth and performance (of the business and its employees).
  • Effective communication and maintenance of trusting / ethical relationships with all stakeholder groups with a focus on client and employee retention / development.
  • The role holder will undertake client director relationship responsibility ensuring that client expectations are understood and met and that service levels are consistently high across the Geneva business.
  • The provision of technical support, guidance and effective coaching of the Geneva employee team to drive professional development and consistently high client service levels across the business.
  • Set Key Performance and Risk indicators to measure company performance in all areas, delegating responsibilities where appropriate and managing employees by providing advice, guidance and motivation to drive both individual and collective performance.
  • Business development responsibility working with the Group to do more for existing clients and to generate new client relationships.
  • The development and maintenance of a strong professional profile and reputation, representing and promoting the Geneva business to key clients, intermediaries and professional associations.

  • An understating of legislation, the regulatory framework and a good comprehension of tax matters impacting the group and its client entities / structures ensuring that the business carries out regular analysis and reviews to mitigate any potential risks through legislative, regulatory, industry and market change.
  • Acting as a key contact for the local regulator and assuming for this relationship and acting as the Money Laundering Officer. Assist with the identification, addressing, monitoring and controlling of regulatory and corporate governance matters as appropriate/necessary and ensuring a compliant and effective governance framework is in place.
  • Support group strategic planning and implementation
  • Assist with Group financial planning and budgeting
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Group reward strategies
