4-5 Months contract- Replace the marketing manager during maternity leave

The core role of the Marketing Digital Coordinator is to optimise revenues & brand awareness in relation to InterSoccer Football Courses-Camps for Children through Marketing & Digital platforms, targeting our key audience in our main Swiss regions.

Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Coordinator aided by a small internship team will need to deliver strategic campaigns & promotions from briefing to delivery. Full-Time Position based in Nyon to start approximately in January/February ( for may 4-5 months contract-replace the marketing manager during maternity leave) , great job for younger person with 2-4 yrs Sales/ Digital Marketing experience.

Key responsibilities include;

Digital Marketing:

• Create strategies to drive sales, revenue & awareness through digital marketing tools
• Implement monthly social media plans to increase awareness of InterSoccer

Research:

• Analyse results & performance on a monthly basis to help improve future strategies

• Research & update all key markets in relation to contacts & databases

Project Management:

• Devise, Plan & Implement marketing & promotional campaigns for all key regions/venues to increase bookings/revenues for company’s key Football products
• Create weekly/monthly/yearly plans for the marketing department to achieve objectives
• Manage & optimize SEO for InterSoccer’s website

Content Creation:

• Write & approve content in English/French, if possible German for website, newsletter, Press Releases, Social Media ads, targeted email campaigns, SMS Promotions etc.

• Create/Approve flyers & other print advertising

Business Development:

• Develop new business relationships with Schools, Universities, Companies, Football Clubs/Associations & other marketing platforms in different regions
• Create sponsorship packages & look to attract new sponsors to support children’s football

Recruitment:

• Implement recruitment drives to find new interns to help strengthen the marketing team

Experience required:

• At least 2-3 years’ work experience in Sales/Marketing/Digital marketing
• Excellent Digital Marketing knowledge & strong skills across all social media platforms
• Great understanding of research & consumer behaviour
• Experience in leading & managing a team with ability to handle pressure during busy times
• A leader, motivator, able to drive projects forward & achieve set objectives & sales targets
• Organised with strong attention to detail & the ability to multi-task & work quickly
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills
• Good knowledge of Children’s market
• Outgoing, confident & creative

Education:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in digital marketing, Marketing/ Business or equivalent

Languages:

• Fluent English & French in both oral & written / Good German an asset

Additional requirements:

• MS Office / Advanced
• Project management / Advanced
• Photoshop/Video Editing Software knowledge

Travel

• Requires occasional travel to Events & Football Courses & Camps & can involve occasional weekend work

Location:

• Full Time position based in Nyon, Switzerland
• Swiss Working Permit / Passport obligatory
