Adia, a company of the Adecco Group, and is an end-to-end digital platform that allows business (B2B) operating in the retail, catering, hospitality, logistics and events industries, and temporary job seekers (B2C) to work flexibly. Our goal is to digitalize the staffing industry and drive its adoption, therefore, we are currently looking for a passionate, dynamic, and hands-on Marketing Manager who is used to working agile and has a resilient mindset to join our Marketing Team.

Mission

As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the creation, execution and implementation of our user acquisition marketing activities with the focus of driving the user adoption, engagement and retention of both our target audiences. We give as much importance to our clients (B2B) as to our job seekers (B2C) activities, so having a flexible mentality that can shift from one to the other is key.

As a marketing all-rounder you run digital campaigns on your
own, love to engage our communities on Social Media and feel comfortable managing offline activities. You are aware of the importance of customer experience and conversion funnels and are eager to try new things to drive conversions. Youknow your way around Excel and always stay on top of your campaign’s performance metrics and KPIs with the focus of delivering exceptional results.

Tasks

  • Create, implement, and optimize B2B and B2C awareness and acquisition on SEA, GDN, Youtube and paid Social Media campaign.
  • Manage our Social Media channels to further grow and engage our community with creative and innovative posts.
  • Create, implement, and optimize landing pages relevant to each campaign to drive strong conversion rates.
  • Create, implement, and optimize B2B and B2C lead nurturing flows involving marketing automation implementation and development to optimize customer experiences and conversion funnels.
  • Develop attractive campaign and e-mail copywriting that is true to our brand values to engage and convert our B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Campaign reporting, tracking, monitoring, and optimization including testing and scaling to ensure goals and KPIs are met.
  • Support Sales and Customer Success Team with their ad hoc user acquisition or retention requests.
  • Develop Sales material to support our Sales team.
  • Create merchandizing and gifts that delight our audiences and increase our brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the Adecco Group and support the brand Adecco in different Marketing Areas
Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience, have a proven track record in digital marketing and in-depth knowledge of customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • You have a degree in marketing or communication or an equivalent education.
  • You work very independently and efficiently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
  • You believe that a/b testing is the key to success and love to deep dive into data.
  • You have excellent communication skills, a sense of aesthetics and a passion for good texts.
  • You are aware of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and are not afraid to put them in place.
  • System knowledge: Hubspot, Mailchimp, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics.
  • Basic creative execution skills are a plus.
  • You are fluent in German and French, speak perfect English, Italian is a plus.
