A family living in Geneva is looking for an experienced nanny to take care of their 3 children aged 8 months, 5 years and 7 years.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is used to working with private families and has several years of experience in caring for young children. Discretion, reliability and long-term commitment are essential. The candidate must be autonomous, punctual and reliable.

As the family wishes to teach foreign languages to their children, the candidate must be fluent in Russian and Serbian.

Starting date: the 1st of December 2022

Language requirements: Russian and Serbian (French or English a plus)

Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, a total of 40 hours per week.

Location: Geneva

Main tasks :

Taking care of the children

Preparing meals and helping with meals

Prepare the children for school

During the day, take care of the 8 months old baby: meals, walks, constructive games...

Teaching Russian and Serbian to the children

Requirements
  • Conditions to work in Switzerland: Swiss work permit or European passport
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar position for private families or in a foster care setting
  • Excellent written references
  • A person who is able to work independently, proactively and reliably
  • Willing to make a long term commitment
  • Well organised and thorough
  • Fluent in Russian and Serbian
  • Positive spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
