  • Attend order briefing sessions with customers, troubleshooting prepress problems, addressing management or customer concerns
  • Contact customers to align execution of the pre-press work according to expectations
  • Perform elementary tasks for the good reception of artworks, incoming check for files integrity and clarification
  • Organize artworks and color references according to standards procedures
  • Audit electronic files (artworks) received in all levels of complexity via graphic software, ensure minimum technical requirements for further pre-press activities
  • Submit prepress jobs for approval as defined in standard procedures
  • Analyze and act on key performance indicators
  • Support prototyping activities including color development, test and final prints



  • Graduation in graphic Arts or similar education
  • Work experience in printshop with flexo, offset, gravure
  • Experience/knowledge in Packaging development
  • Experience with pre-press programs and processes
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic software in the Adobe/Esko platforms
  • PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent English (French is a plus)
  • Start date:As soon as possible
