In your role as a Product Architect, you are responsible for the successful design, implementation and maintenance of our Digital Reporting Platform. The platform serves as a basis to create a new, game changing generation of interactive, digital reports as well as physical reports for LGTs clients.

As Product Architect, your specific duties include:

  • designing, implementing and maintaining Portfolio Reporting Platform solution (based on a Client Communication Management System) to create client reports containing portfolio information (e.g. interactive & static content)
  • acting as a Technical lead for the implementation of new features and reports
  • ensuring the solution design meets LGT’s architecture guidelines and technical standards
  • creating technical roadmap for the Digital Reporting Platform and management of dependencies
  • breaking down solution designs into actionable deliverables for your team
  • overseeing progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial solution design
  • resolving technical problems as they arise
  • continuously assessing and improving the system architecture
Your profile

What you bring to the job:

  • solid track record in engineering and software architecture design with prior project management experience
  • comprehensive understanding of programming languages, such as Java , JavaScript, HTML and CSS as well as good understanding of underlying basis technologies like XML and XSL
  • in-depth knowledge of cloud principles and technologies, various operating systems, databases, integration patterns and methods as well as micro-service architectures
  • excellent communication abilities, including the capability to simplify complex problems for non-technical stakeholders
  • robust organizational and leadership qualities, with experience in agile setups, delivering and refining architecture in drafts and increments, with a capacity to effectively communicate architectural visions both verbally and visually
  • an interconnected way of thinking, matching well with a resilient personality that can effectively cope with stress
  • convincing and inspiring persona, demonstrating the ability to make critical decisions and advocate for ideas.
