About Our Client

Our client, an internationally renowned Pharmaceutical company is recruiting. On its behalf we are now looking for a Product Planner, available immediately for Zug area, to join an international team for at least the next 12 months with a high possibility of an extension.

Depending on the selected candidate’s performance and motivation, the possibility of being taken over permanently is given.

Job Description

In this position the selected candidate will change and coordinate artwork for the clients’ commercial products as part of the product lifecycle management team. The responsibilities will include the oversight of substance, product, and finished goods for a brand in growth phase by carrying out the following task areas:
  • Ensuring alignment of artwork with the technical requirements needed for production on a packaging line
  • Understanding the technical limitations and liaises with key stakeholders on solution, next steps, and mitigation
  • Overseeing process interdependencies across the End-to-End Supply Chain and collaborating with Planning to ensure that change control and labeling changes align with the supply plans, while achieving on-time closure
  • Developing and executing cross-functional project implementation plans and Artwork
  • Ensuring activities across PO&T departments are aligned and sustained in line with KPIs. This may involve collaboration with the following key stakeholders: Master Data Management, Quality, Regulatory CMC, Manufacturing, Serialization, D&L, and Regulatory Sciences.
  • Leading cross-functional analysis and drives process improvement and sustainability for the Artwork process, ensuring standard practices, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborating with internal and external Subject Matter Experts for on time execution of changes,
  • Leading development of the Artwork planning for a product and market to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure alignment of artwork with technical requirements
  • Engaging and leading continuous improvement projects to drive process standardization and operational efficiency
  • Performing Artwork process analyses and identify potential improvement projects
  • Close collaboration with the quality department for promoting and maintaining compliance via exception & CAPA management, while driving on-time closure
The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Successfully completed bachelor’s and/or master’s degree ideally in Supply Chain Management or similar
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in a Global Supply Chain or Artwork
  • Previous experience within the Pharma or FMCG sector would be a plus
  • Professional user in Oracle
  • Technical affinity with a strong GMP/GXP skillset
  • Knowledge of printing technologies, artwork creation software, pre-press activities is an asset
  • Solid English skills (written and spoken) are desired, every further language would be a plus
  • Influencing and negotiation skills to attain buy-in form different stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
