work as part of our crew to further develop and deploy FX Linear Lifecyle & Risk according to business plans and priorities
reconcile requirements with different stakeholders and ensures communication and traceability
cross pod/stream communication and coordination to ensure that requirements and timelines are understood
perform business, technical and data analysis of various FX applications
write epics,user stories and acceptance criteria and support pod members in the delivery of the changes
contribute to the process of translating complex Business and Technology requirements into innovative solutions
documenting "as is" and "to be" processes and user stories
develop first class solutions for Business and Technology driven initiatives
execute tests to ensure the development is as per user story defined
manage releases, coordinate dependencies
help plan and coordinate technical risk remediations in collaboration with central teams

Description du profil

excellent knowledge of
foreign exchange and interest rate products
trade capture and lifecycle processes
experience in documenting financial products
a structured and methodical approach to coordinating work between teams and reporting to management and stakeholders
a systematic approach to business analysis and innovation
strong analytical skills that allow you to drill-down into complex problems to find a solution
a good communicator, who knows how to speak with people at all levels and in different roles in IT and business
a proactive and creative multi-tasker, who is well organized and able to thrive in a very dynamic environment
familiar with formal business analysis practices, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, etc.
comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
