What You Will Be Doing

  • Strategic Customer Engagement: Work with a select group of strategic accounts, serving as the crucial link between our customers and our product teams.
  • AI-Driven Product Direction: Leverage AI to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation, prioritizing AI applications to meet critical customer needs.
  • Influential Product Strategy: Influence product direction through direct collaboration with technical product managers and strategic customers, embodying the essence of top-tier product management.

Product Success Manager Key Responsibilities

Lead the charge in connecting strategic customers with our product teams, driving AI-focused innovations that set new industry standards and solidify Trilogy’s leadership in the tech space.

Basic Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a product manager within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience leveraging AI technologies (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, or Bing) in a product management context (for ideation, strategy formulation, etc.)
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams to deliver groundbreaking products.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience in managing Customer Advisory Boards.
  • A background in diverse technological environments, from SaaS to on-prem solutions.

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
