For our client, an international family with four children, we are looking for an experienced, reliable and flexible property Manager. This position is available immediately.

Your Duties
  • You are “hands-on” and responsible for all the technical aspects and installations at the property
  • You ensure the well running AC systems as well as all multimedia-installations
  • The maintenance of the swimming pool is part of your responsibility
  • You take care of the daily gardening maintenance tasks and co-ordinate external gardeners when necessary
  • You are responsible for all the automobile maintenance as well as the overall security of the property
Our Expectations
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position together with excellent references
  • You are well organised and ready to deliver a good performance
  • You are flexible what concerns working times and days and are free from any other commitment
  • You like children and are ready to support their needs what concerns housekeeping tasks
  • You speak fluent French and English
