  • Implementing and improving procedures related to complaints in accordance with applicable regulations/standards/requirements.
  • Tracking Corrective/Preventive/Improvement Actions.
  • Participating in projects related to complaints activities.
  • Raising awareness among other departments on complaints processing.
  • Processing complaints/evaluating complaints (reviewing records, decontaminating products, dimensional analysis, physico-chemical analysis, and any other necessary tests for product investigation and cause identification), writing investigation reports, responding to distributors and affiliates. Product archiving.
  • Applying procedures related to complaints and material vigilance.
Tracking indicators
  • Strong scientific, technical, and regulatory knowledge.
  • Laboratory techniques training in medical or microtechnique.
  • Good teamwork skills, Negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and synthesis thinking skills.
  • Bilingual English-French.
  • Proficiency in office tools.
