Quality Assurance Engineer - Mechatronics (f/m/n)

In “Quality Assurance Mechatronics” we look for a Quality Assurance Engineer for product line Slip Ring located in Nyonto ensure that the product meet internal quality standard relevant to internal production.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop the Quality Assurance Requirements and Culture, ensuring robust quality processes, cost excellence for program quality execution through collaboration with engineering, operations and supply chain
  • Act as main interface for Process Engineering and Operations for all quality and safety topics
  • Establish Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) features in collaboration with Process Engineering and Operations
  • Lead Non-Conformance and failure investigation whenever product and/or process requirements are violated
  • Supervise and direct Internal Manufacturing Assembly Integration and Test (MAIT) Process Development and Qualification for all relevant quality aspects
  • Define and monitor Measuring and Test Equipment (M&TE), Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Process Capability
  • Perform Key Inspection Point (KIP) and Mandatory Inspection Point (MIP) Documentation (Production Records) to verify Critical Features/Requirements

Your Profile
  • Bachelor degree in Materials Science, Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering, Physics or similar is preferred (FH/Uni/ETH)
  • Master-Studium or PhD (FH/Uni/ETH) Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or similar is a plus
  • Previous 2-3 years experience in a similar role in high-tech environment
  • Previous experience working in cleanroom environment is a strong plus
  • Good knowledge of French and English (other languages are a plus)
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with hands-on mentality
  • Smart, flexible and self-disciplined
