IntroductionOn behalf of international mid-size company based in Lausanne, we are searching for aRegional Legal Counsel 100%Description De La Mission
  • You provide legal advice and support across all business units in a wide range of legal and compliance matters (contracts and subcontract agreements, transactions, sales distribution, supply, employment law)
  • You work closely with lead intellectual property counsel and marketing teams to manage and monitor trademarks portfolio. You provide legal support on the registration, use and exploitation of new and existing brands, ensure a successful protection of the identity and integrity of the brands and take actions with regards to any IP infringement liaising through coordination with external counsels
  • You provide product regulatory support to engineering teams
  • You support privacy office with compliance of GDPR and provide ad hoc data protection matter expertise
  • You assist in litigation and disputes by providing guidance to internal clients
  • You assist from time to time with corporate transactions (reorganizations, acquisitions, business transfers)
  • You manage external counsels in an efficient and cost-effective manner
Profil Attendu
  • Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years experience with a proven track record in commercial contracts, intellectual property law and compliance
  • Fluent in English with very good command of German and/or Italian written and oral communication skills
  • Very good business and commercial knowledge and understanding
  • Ability to quickly and effectively resolve conflict and challenges
  • Willingness to travel within the region on a regular basis
