As a member of the International Sales Department, you will be required to lead the technology evolution of our sales operations tools and BtoB ecommerce platform and to support their adoption by our worldwide users.Description Du PosteTechnology
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Acquire technical knowledge around the tools
  • Create and maintain IT documentation
  • Ensure quality management: organize testing and provide technical support level 2
  • Control system’s performance and security topics
  • Manage external agency
Project Management
  • Be the partner of our International Business Project Leader for IT topics
  • Align technology roadmap with business roadmap
  • Identify new technologies to leverage operation’s efficiency with IT Team
  • Define tools architecture and monitor interfaces
  • Implement and manage project tools (ticketing, roadmap)
  • Stimulate Product Development Team (Product Owner and Developers) based in Switzerland
  • Participate to Key users community exchange
Profil
  • Project management experience - able to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Agile certification is an advantage
  • Autonomous - Ability to lead projects independently
  • Flexible and proactive team player with great communications skills
  • Interest and experience in digital solutions for retail / business
  • High interest in the watch industry
  • Already have experience with ecommerce platform (Adobe commerce or other ecommerce platform)
Compétences requises
  • Degree in computer science
  • Proven experience in digital / ecommerce project management
  • Strong understanding of data management
  • Basic knowledge on collaborative software (i.e. Confluence, Azure DevOps, Service Now)
  • Knowledge on ERPs are an advantage
Langues
  • Proficient in English
  • Other spoken and written languages are a an advantage
