This position is located in Nyon.

Your tasks within this interesting challenge are:

  • Create profitable business including long term price strategy by creating and executing capture plans
  • Establish, efficently and in a coopperative manner manage capture teams (with Key Account Managers, Project and Product)
  • Responsible for Bid/No bid decision Gate and Bid Submission Gate
  • Establish customer proposals including pricing, cover letter and terms&conditions
  • Coordinate contract negotiations
  • Build up customer network and keep updated on customer need
  • Report prospect funnel development
  • Predict sales new order

You bring the following skills with you:

Knowledge and experiences

  • At least 3 years sales experience or project management experience ideally in the space market
  • Experience in managing a team in an international enviornment
  • Strong strategic negotiation skills
  • Networking skills with ability to create long term customer relations
  • Handsome mentality to push solution and projects within the timeline and budget to an end

Behavioral competencies

  • Business driven with a commercial mindset, sense of urgency
  • Open-minded, adaptable to change, willingly involves others an shares informations
  • Ability to prioritze under high-workload
  • Strong motivator with high energy level, finds motivation in winning profitable contracts
