Your role

In the role of consultant infrastructure management, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of a project including scoping, design, development, implementation, transition, warranty and support of applications and infrastructure. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required

You will participate in assessment of infrastructure environments, design and deploy solutions, evaluate products, analysis of tickets/issues, track fixing of issues, tracking of SLAs, perform root cause analysis, incident management, change management, problem management processes, drive service improvement initiatives. You will need to interface with clients or end users of application or infrastructure for issue resolution, communicating the status of issue ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will mentor team on technical competencies, participate in KT plans, trainings to team members, provide feedback on competencies to Project manager, contribute in knowledge management processes. You will also participate in implementation of applications or infrastructure artifacts and support post implementation issues fixes. You will participate in project processes for quality management, Automations and service improvements as per project requirements. You will contribute towards unit or practice level initiatives like project estimations, risk analysis and mitigation, scoping, planning and client proposals. You will ensure quality and timelines of project deliverables as per project requirements, assign and review team members work deliverables.
