My client: A leading food manufacturing company in Switzerland is looking for a strong strategic procurement professional to join their Indirect team specialising in the commodity of Services, Capex and Opex.

Responsibilities:

• Co-development and implementation of procurement strategies as well as carrying out procurement market analyzes and benchmarking
• Managing the contract lifecycle, from initiation to renewal
• Ensuring that contracts meet the company’s needs and are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Tracking and analyzing spending data to identify opportunities for savings
• Working with internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met
• Negotiation and project management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Several years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably managing Services Capex or Opex commodities.
• Strong understanding of the indirect procurement process
• Proficiency in using procurement software
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent (C1+) in German
