Kommen Sie zu Bristol Myers Squibb und machen Sie einen Unterschied.The Warehouse Manager is in charge of all warehouses related activities of pharmaceutical goods from storage through shipping.All activities will have to be realized in the strict observance of the regulation cGMPs, FDA, of the hygiene environmental and safety rules.Skills/Knowledge Required- Bachelor in Science or Supply Chain degree
- 7/10 years of previous supervisory experience in pharmaceutical industry, in Warehouse, distribution or Production activities
- Proficient in SAP to be key SAP user for Warehouse Operations
- Ability and predilection to work in highly dynamic and fast-growing environment and challenge status quo
- Organized and rigorous, able to provide leadership and coaching to the warehouse team in order to maintain an environment of trust and operational excellence
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with his/her team and cross-functionally
- Autonomous and aptitude to work on the shopfloor
- Quality and integrity oriented
- Experience in ERP inventory operations and Lean are an asset
- Demonstrated working experience in a pharmaceutical regulated environment related applicable regulations i.e. cGMP, FDA
- Fluent in French and English
- High level of computer literacy (MS office, Excel)
- Hires, trains and onboards the Warehouse team members
- Ensures the daily management of the warehouse team (inclusive sampling)
- Ensures short and long-term workload management and prioritization of resources and shift management
- Ensures training requirement definition and conformity of the warehouse and sampling
- Leads performance and development management activities for his team
- Manages capacity of the storage areas
- Is in charge of the definition, implementation of the KPI related to his scope of responsibilities. Monitor WH metrics, propose and lead corrective actions if required
- Applies and respect GMP requirement, Hygiene, Safety and Environment rules
- Manages the budget, inclusive supervision that purchasing of materials for his/her scope of activities are executed as per contractual agreements and business needs
- Participate to ERP improvement and flows enhancement for Warehouse related activities, act as a super-user
- Inventory is timely and accurately reflected in the ERP
- Transactions are timely and accurately performed as per SOP in the ERP
- Destructions are timely executed and in conformance with the SOP
- Cycle-count is executed timely and appropriately in collaboration with Finance
- Turn-over and WH load is closely monitored
- Leads, conducts and participates and promotes projects as the warehouse and sampling representative (e.g. Lean, product of infrastructure projects)
- Coordinates improvement or development processes linked to warehouse and sampling activities
- Defines future operational processes and creates the according procedures in the quality system
- Conducts investigations into warehousing and sampling deviations, develops and implements corrective and preventive actions
- Participates to health authorities audit (i.e. FDA, Swiss medic, EMEA…) and internal audits
- Controls, and completes all pre-established documentations to ensure traceability of operations carried out (sampling record, goods receipt records…) from creation till archiving
- Conforms to the directives and instructions defined in the pharmaceutical site quality system
- Provides a safe and healthy work environment for their staff in areas under their control, and shall ensure compliance with relevant rules and legislation in those areas
- Works closely with the EHS committee to evaluate hazards and perform risk analysis
- Ensures that staff (including short duration and temporary contracts) is properly informed on hazards, and trained to act in consequence
- Promotes safe practices and behaviours, verify that EHS rules are implemented and respected
- Report immediately all incidents and near misses to EHS, participate in investigations and identify preventive measures to prevent similar accidents in the future
