Our client is a global organization, that has operations across the EMEA, US, and ASIA regions. Founded over a century ago, our client is one of the world’s leaders in its chosen industry. They are experiencing strong growth and are going through a great transformation phase, piloted from their International HQ located in Geneva.

We are recruiting a Senior Treasury Analyst that will be accountable for maintaining business continuity related to treasury transactions across all entities as well as having a focus on the Treasury Management System. The Senior Treasury Analyst will be the key point of contact for group affiliates to solve daily business/technical issues. As part of the Group Treasury, you will also actively take part in operating activities and be the direct liaison for any business-related issues. Lastly, you will directly support the IT Group Treasury landscape and be the main point of contact with Banks, Third parties systems providers, and internal financial stakeholders.

Key responsabilities :
Treasury Back Office responsabilities (50%):
Supervise and monitor the daily transactions for maintaining business continuity for all entities on the following topics (intercompany funding, payments, bank statements, FOREX & loans settlements …).
Run the monthly treasury reports to be distributed across the affiliates originated from the Treasury Management System.
Cooperate on audit requirements relating to Treasury Compliance: Contribute to develop, maintain, and monitor treasury IT procedures. Ensure a robust internal control environment and security across systems. Maintain core systems functionalities (SAP/FIS/TIS/SWIFT/BLOOMBERG) backup.

Projects (25%) :
Contribute to support ongoing group treasury projects ( SAP interface with TMS, non-core SAP payments , SAP treasury functions roll out in ASIA … )

Monitor Treasury IT infrastructure (25%):
Organize and administrate a helpdesk function servicing end users of the TMS’s.
Monitor TMS scheduler and sensitive files (salaries, urgent treasury payments, SAP payments ….) - Monitor and maintain SWIFT payments, bank statements and confirmation files formats (Fin MT 101, File ACT, CAMT53, ACK, NACK…).
Administrate the TMS’s users’ credentials in respect of Treasury policy compliance.
Monitor with finance/accounting team that all daily bank journal entries are properly maintained in SAP Treasury Operations.
Lead the technical IT roll out of new banks appointed within the global banking landscape.

The successful candidate should be hands on, confident to challenge current processes, have a drive for innovation and be a team player to work in a lean organization.

You should possess:
5 to 10 years of corporate treasury background with exposure to Treasury Management Systems.
Strong understanding of the treasury activities, from front to back office.
Basic understanding of FOREX processes.
Good understanding of the project lifecycle mainly in treasury as well as of the payment formats and bank statement formats (SWIFT, XML SFTP, FTP protocol, data encryption...).
Knowledge of the interfacing process between different systems.
Proven knowledge of Excel and ability to train users on different systems.
Problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Has a genuine interest in the activities of his colleagues and can bridge gaps between operations/technology on one hand and financing on the other.
Comfortable with change/transformation project (hands-on, single-handedly)
Fluent in English, proficiency in French is a plus.
Strategic agility and ability to encompass with the defined treasury organization.
Organized and methodical, ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines, manage priorities.
Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas.
Able to work in a flat structure and collaboratively across several regions.
