Position

What you’ll be doing :

Zenith is looking for a Social Media Coordinator that will be responsible for supporting the Social Media Manager for all Social Media communications, Organic and Paid.

The position will be part of the Marketing team and will require a close collaboration with other team members as well as other departments including sales, products and design, Digital, Content, PR and Customer Service.


Social Media (50%)

In this strategic tole, you participate to the creation of the editorial calendar of the brand’s social networks.

You support on social media content creation (Photo Shootings/Video/Copywriting) and coordinate the creation of live content.

You edit content to fit with Social Media needs, organize assets and schedule posts and manage social media DAM.

You create content (photo and video) for special projects and during live events and coordinate content production with partners.

You manage Tik Tok account and coordinate editorial calendar of local accounts including Weibo, Wechat, Red and Line).

In your role, you conduct benchmarking, identify new trends and update teams accordingly. Finally, you support influencer strategy through analyzing potential Influencers for campaigns.


Community Management (30%)

You engage with the Community on the different platforms and moderate social media channels.

You support community needs and coordinate internal teams to come up with solutions.


Social Media Paid (20%)

You set-up, optimize and report on global campaigns.

In this strategic tole, you train and assist markets on their tactical local campaigns.



Profile

Who we are looking for:

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or Digital.

You are passionate about watchmaking / jewelry or luxury products.

You manage: Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro + Microsoft office.


What you’ll need to bring:

You have personal interest and good knowledge of Social Media Platforms.

You speak fluently English and French and you have excellent communication, interpersonal skills. You have demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of levels across the organization and have a strong ability to create bonds with different culture environment.

You must possess analytical skills, and strategic ability.

You have ability for travel (once or twice a month).

You have a creative mindset; you are detail focused and you have strong project management skills.

You are able to prioritize, plan, and organize work and deliverables.

Most importantly, you are a motivated team player, energetic, hands-on and result oriented.
