• Manage all activities of the team (set KPIs and project deadlines that ensure team effectiveness)
• Develop and manage the maintenance plan
• Liaise with manufacturing, IT, QA/QC, Finance, and external suppliers to follow-up on maintenance and facility activities
• Lead the Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle for Manufacturing equipment: Analysing breakdowns and investigating production problems
• Supervise the investigation on root cause analysis of Manufacturing processes, progress Quality records (CAPA’s, NC’s, CC’s, etc) within agreed timelines
• Empower the team to actively participate in the review and update of procedures, SOP’s, and any other relevant technical documents
• Check, control and maintain work environments according to the requirements of GMP and relevant Health and Safety policies
• Coordinate all long-term supply and service arrangements/contracts with utilities providers external maintenance contractors and warranty arrangements for installed plant and equipment
• Be fully accountable for the budget & performance of the department, adapting plans and priorities as required to address resource and operational challenges
• Supervise the setting and definition of SLA with external and internal partners
• Participate with the management on the elaboration of vision strategy for the manufacturing department
• Identify opportunities for yield / downtime /efficiency/ performance improvements
• Improve manufacturing flow and layouts (equipment related only, within validated range and non-critical parameters only)

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Calibration or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in managing a Maintenance & Calibration team
• Minimum of 5 years experience in cleanroom operations with technical support
• Strong familiarity with EHS, ISO, cGMP, and other regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment
• Experience maintaining and operating an industrial scale building HVAC system
• Ability to interface with complex equipment with an extensive experience to investigate, propose corrective and preventive actions
• Knowledge of ERP and MES
• Fluent in French and English
• Infrequent national and international travel
• Potential on-call, Saturday and/or Sunday work
