Summary:

Test Data Manager working as a technical subject matter expert in the insurance area with focus on test data anonymization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing the leadership for the test data management capability as a TDM Technical Expert or Solution Architect in the insurance area.
• Working in an insurance project with focus on Test Data Management and anonymization.
• Able to attend installation and configuration of Informatica tools
• Able to perform error handling in conjunction with customer support
• Manage and coordinate test data related activities in an (Swiss) German speaking environment onsite in Switzerland
• Able to perform validation testing with local test specialists
• Able to support a data anonymization team with best practices for high quality and regulatory standards
• Good experience in different database technologies (e.g. Oracle, CosmosDB, SQL, DB2, MxSQL,Neo4J, Azure, IMS)

Job Requirements:

Essential Skills:

• Good German and English communication skills
• Understanding of test data domain (personal data, claim data, etc…)
• Experience in test data management functions like test data generation, test data masking and subsetting,
• Able to design TDM scripts on tool like Informatica, CA TDM and IBM Optim,
• Hands on experience in SQL scripting and Data mining from relational data sources - Oracle , DB2 , SQL Server
• Analyze and understand test data requirement
• Exposure in data mining or synthetically generate data in EDI format or similar file formats,
• Create utilities to generate and provision test data using Selenium automation,
• Hands on knowledge of core Java to develop custom utilities for various test data related requirements
