If you are passionate about developing and producing marketing materials, have an eye for creating professional layout, and the ability to illustrate complex content in a client friendly manner, we are looking for you. In your role as a Publications Specialist you will produce, manage and develop international marketing materials. You will work closely with various stakeholders such as Product Specialists, Corporate Communications, Research Analysts, Portfolio Managers, IT and Legal & Compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Take on responsibility for producing and coordinating our flagship client publication on a monthly basis
  • Support events and sales teams with presentation design
  • Create business graphics, diagrams and style sheets to establish publications and standard pitch books, as well as maintain/develop existing ones
  • Support media activities with graphic support on advertorials and web content
  • Transform investment content into easy-to-understand communication materials, taking into account the target audience, key messages and internal guidelines
  • Closely collaborate with the Visual Communications team, Legal & Compliance and Product Specialists
  • Create and develop product marketing materials, such as presentations and flyers

Profiles

  • Proven work experience in the creation of marketing materials in the financial industry
  • Excellent MS PowerPoint and Word skills as well as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign can be a plus
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English; Additional skills in German and/or French would be advantageous
  • Creative way of thinking while demonstrating highest attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across departments and hierarchy levels, managing deadlines
  • Experience in web content management and the practical use of content management systems can be a plus
  • Understanding of investment products and how they are promoted traditionally and digitally
