QA Associate Distribution - 12 months (possibility to become permanent)

headcount AG is a Zurich-based consultancy serving clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, diagnostic, OTC and chemical market segments.

Our client is a globally leading pharmaceutical company based in Zug.

Our client believes that people with rare conditions deserve the attention of the healthcare industry. This is why they are at the forefront of developing treatments for diseases with unmet needs. Their growth rate is rising again at the moment and for this reason we are looking for a QA Associate who will fulfill the technical responsibilities of the Swiss Responsible Person (RP).

Responsibilities

_Traceability of medicinal product batches traded under oversight

_Correct storage and delivering of traded batches

_Security breach inspections

_Notifications to Swissmedic


_Temperature excursion inspections

_GDP conformity and traceability documentations

_Forwarding of batch information to traded product recipients

_Drafting & co-authoring Quality Agreements with Contract Service Providers

_Assisting RP in various matters

Requirements

_Natural sciences education

_Fluent English & German.
