We are looking for a QA Project Lead (m/f/d) for Lonza AG (100%). This is a temporary position until the end of 2023 with an opportunity to extend.Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across three continents.   • Act as change manager, lead project team, develop, shared best practices cross Visp Bio teams
  • Contribute to harmonized / standardized KPI’s definition
  • Use harmonized / standardized KPI’s to define improvement initiatives and action plan
  • Deploy Lonza culture and code of conduct
  • Ensure compliance to applicable regulations (cGMP, EHS, SOX, ISO)
  • Identify and report to QA Project Lead Manager potential new project/initiative
  • Drive assigned projects/initiatives/deviation
  • Follow Visp Bio SC PMO framework
  • Ensure target achievements (scope, time, quality, cost, benefits)
  • Identify key roadblocks and drive decision process
  • Escalade deviation to Line Manager and PMO
  • Create SOP’s, WI’s and trainings documentation, train relevant impacted roles
  • Ensure business/operation continuity as per assigned temporary duties
  • Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Biologics, advanced study in Supply Chain preferred.
  • Work experience in a highly regulated industry, preferred Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry
  • QA experience in a manufacturing site
  • Production/Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing site
  • Good knowledge of SAP MM, PP, QA
  • PMI certification / Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
  • Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Key player and structured problem solving approach
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics (KPI’s) and identify issues through root cause analysis
  • Ability to utilize Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports
  • Competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint as well as ERP/MES and other Supply Chain systems
  • Fluent English and German knowledge mandatory
