QA Systems Specialist- temporary 3 month assignment

Responsibilities

As a member of the QA Systems Department, you will be responsible and expert for change control process and deviation system, which includes the following aspects
  • Ensure application of defined rules
  • Deliver trainings on deviations and change controls
  • Follow-up of the performance of the system through KPIs review and propose actions as appropriate
  • Deliver support to users
This function reports to the Quality Systems Sr Manager.

Skills
  • Experienced in quality systems (Trackwise is a plus)
  • Competent to coordinate and communicate with ease between the different departments
  • Be able to respond to the needs of the different departments in line with the regulations
  • Promote continuous improvement
  • Solution based thinking
Education / Professional Experience
  • Fluent in French with a good level of English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Experience in Quality functions in GMP environment
  • A higher education scientific degree (Master’s preferred or equivalent experience) in biology, chemistry, engineering or other related domain
