Our client is a global manufacturer which facilitates myriads of cutting-edge pharmaceutical, biotech, and nutrition processes. They are leveraging scientific innovation to develop customized solutions at all stages: from drug discovery and manufacturing up to clinical trial stages for a wide range of products.

Now the team has grown so they are looking for an energetic leader to jump in and develop their innovative technologies even further.

PURPOSE

_Leading and inspiring a QA team of passionate experts

_Coordination and development of the team

_Overseeing the manufacturing quality and compliance with cGMP requirements over their entire life cycle of the products

_Responsible for all QA activities such as CAPA, deviations, and batch release

Requirements

_You have a degree in life science?

_Already worked for several years in QA Operations in pharma/cosmetics/similar?

_Leadership is what drives you; you enjoy sharing your expertise with more junior colleagues and contributing to their development?

_Do you have something to bring in to steer innovation even further?

_Fluent English

_Eligible to work in Switzerland
