About Our Client
Our client is a multinational company specialized in medical devices.
Job Description
- Support maintenance of local quality documentation system.
- Support product and process non-conformities.
- Support customers complaint process for company’s devices.
- Coordinates the return of defective devices from customer sites to manufacturing sites.
- Partners with different departments (Field Service, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Production) to help appropriately resolve customer issues.
- Prepares the customer responses based on investigations results and communicates to customers.
- The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the above mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong administrative experience.
- Experience in quality or regulatory affairs department.
- Autonomous.
- French and English.
