About Our Client

Our client is a multinational company specialized in medical devices.

Job Description

  • Support maintenance of local quality documentation system.
  • Support product and process non-conformities.
  • Support customers complaint process for company’s devices.
  • Coordinates the return of defective devices from customer sites to manufacturing sites.
  • Partners with different departments (Field Service, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Production) to help appropriately resolve customer issues.
  • Prepares the customer responses based on investigations results and communicates to customers.
  • The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the above mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Experience in quality or regulatory affairs department.
  • Autonomous.
  • French and English.
