Tasks
  • Processing of GMP relevant issues and activities
  • Supporting on shop floor the daily manufacturing, Warehouse and facility operations
  • Support of discrepancy identification, resolution on the floor, root cause analysis and corrective action for product and process related non-conformances
  • Maintenance and improvement of the quality system
  • Review and approval of validation and engineering life cycle GMP documents (SOPs, URS, FS, RTM, RA, DS, configuration spec, drawings…), test protocols, work orders and any technical documentation in the scope of Facilities, utilities, equipment
  • Management of change control, deviations, CAPA’s, OOSs, Complaints
  • Conduction of internal audits/ support during the inspections
Requirements
  • Bachelor, Master diploma, PhD or equivalent in Engineering or Natural / Physical Science related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering
  • Previous experience with manufacturing execution systems (Delta V/Syncade) as well as Trackwise, LIMS, electronic documentation and training systems will be an advantage
  • Experience working within a GMP environment
  • Willingness to work in an international environment
  • English and German spoken and written
