Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Quality Expert (CAPA) to join a fantastic pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation on a contract basis located in Pratteln. Our client is focused on developing various products which involves cosmetics to medicinal.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.



Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will offer constant assistance to the users to use the system and train them in QIMP process adherence.
  • Responsible for certifying the users implementing pre-outlined score cards.
  • Train the users in particular areas, such as non-conformance definition and bounding, compliance authoring, non-conformance impact assessment, root cause analysis which involves session facilitation, and CAPA efficiency criteria formation.
  • The ideal candidate will supply system and process training for users on the NC/CAPA process.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a natural science, medicine or pharmacy field.
  • Know-how of cGMP guidelines and quality systems procedures.
  • Knowledge of Non Conformances, Change Controls, Documentation Management and the ability to train others and share that expertise.
  • Familiarity with enabling and conducting root cause analysis.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of work experience within a GMP setting, ideally in Quality.
  • Fluency in the English and German languages.
  • Capable of handling IT systems, for example: TrackWise
  • Presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Acquaintance with biological manufacturing technologies would be ideal.
