Quality System Management Trainee (6 months) - Geneva

OM Pharma positioned itself as a local player to support students and young graduates in their first working experiences. We are therefore pleased to offer a 6-month internship starting ideally from April/May 2023 (according to your availability) within our Quality System Management team, based at our headquarters and production site in Geneva. This is the opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic pharmaceutical company, and actively contribute to optimize our current eDMS (Electronic Document Management System) and LMS (Learning Management System) processes.

Working in close collaboration with our Quality System Manager and Quality System Documentation Specialist, and interacting with many different internal departments, your responsibilities include:

• Mapping our current eDMS structure
• Mapping our current LMS processes (set-up of curricula, training allocation, initial training, documents renewal, …)
• Analyzing and assessing options for management/organization proposed by current system in place or improvements available in the system in general
• Implementing a first proof of concept on either eDMS or LMS organization, supporting future company goals (i.e less dependency on personal knowledge or historical organization and less effort to manage on a daily base for line manager as well as final users)

For this position, we are looking for the following profile:

• Master’s degree student, ideally in Pharmaceutical Sciences or similar (internship agreement mandatory)
• Fluency in French with good English skills
• Proficiency in use of MS-office tools

Curious and solution-oriented, you are keen to learn good manufacturing practices on Quality processes. You define yourself as a rigorous and analytical person, able to understand critical correlation between objects and to conceptualize processes. Endowed with an entrepreneurial spirit, you are proactive and not afraid to take initiatives to move things forward. Thanks to your communication skills and team spirit, you integrate quickly into a new environment and easily establish collaborative links with other departments.
