QA Team Leader Microbial

headcount AG is a Zürich based consultancy serving clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, diagnostic, OTC, and chemical market segments.

Our client is a global partner to the pharmaceutical and biotech markets. They are the backbone of many processes in the global healthcare system. Among other projects, they are heavily involved in COVID-19 vaccine manufacturing and growing massively. Joining them at this moment would be a great way to make an impact in burning issues such as the pandemic we are all coping with.

Now they are growing and looking for a Senior Expert in QA to supervise and inspire a team of QA specialists.

Tasks

_Leading and developing a QA team

_Overseeing the manufacturing quality and compliance with cGMP requirements

_Responsible for all QA activities such as CAPA, deviations, and batch release

Requirements

_University degree in life science

_Several years of experience in QA pharma/chemicals

_Track record of leadership skills: we hope you are excited about sharing your expertise with more junior colleagues and contributing to their development

_English written and spoken
