We are looking for a R&D Electronic Engineer

Based in Geneva, Switzerland

Your Mission

Based on your extended competence and culture in electronics and mechatronics:

· Design of new products under the authority of project managers

· Bringing some support and solutions to our R&D teams worldwide

Based on your R&D experience in various fields of power electronics:

· Analyzing customers applications to refine the specification of our future products

· Bringing some support to our product managers during their marketing prospections and customers visits

Key responsibilities

Solid know-how in:

· MCU (C, C++) and/or FPGA (VHDL or SV)

· Analogue and digital signal processing

· EMI/EMC compliance and signal integrity

Nice to have:

The following topics are strong technical assets for us :

· Industrial Ethernet or wireless networks

· Good level programming language (Python)

· Basic understanding of electromagnetism

· Board design CAD (schematics, able to lead layout design)

· Multiphysics Simulation and calculation tools (COMSOL, MATLAB)

· Functional safety for industry, automotive or traction (IEC 61508, IEC 2626-2...)

· High volume manufacturing

Requirement

· Master in Electronics Engineering

· Mixed analogue/digital and power applications experience (1- 4 years)

· Embedded electronics in challenging environments, integration, and mechatronics

· Accustomed to norms and standards analysis

· Great communication skills and a willingness to share, innovation and ideas oriented

· Team player with excellent command in English (C1), French (B2), other languages nice to have

· International mindset and intercultural experience in China, Japan and US) an asset
