Are you ready for a new challenge? We are currently looking for a R&D engineer (f/m/d) for a leading technology company in the fields of electrification and automation in Turgi.Your Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and test VHDL code on the FPGA for medium voltage Wind turbines
  • Contribute to all FPGA activities, including requirements engineering, design, testing, and maintenance
  • Maintain existing FPGA and test infrastructure, handle FPGA configuration management and build processes
  • Create test benches and automate tests where feasible
  • Understand the framework in which the FPGA is used, adapt, and modify it
  • Provide technical support for internal customers and plan work packages with colleagues
Your Requirements
  • Solid degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or electronics
  • Minimum three years of relevant industry experience in FPGA development for embedded applications
  • Proficient in FPGA and VHDL, its associated tools, and git or equivalent source control system
  • Basic understanding of power electronic applications
  • Strong analysis, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
