Optotune & NextLens is a strongly growing and internationally active optics company based in Dietikon, Switzerland. We develop, manufacture and market the latest generation of adaptive optical elements for industrial (Optotune) and consumer markets (NextLens).

Our Internships are the perfect start into your Engineering career! Work together with a multidisciplinary and multicultural team and learn something new every day! We are looking for Interns for various teams!

Tasks
  • Extend your knowledge on cutting edge technologies and manufacturing processes
  • Equipment and process development, process and product validations including reliability tests
  • Execution of continuous improvement processes (KVP / CIP)
  • Analysis and reporting of validation and reliability data
  • Support the R&D Process Engineering team in our innovative developments
Requirements
  • MSc degree in Process Engineering or Advanced, Manufacturing preferred, possibly also Material Science, Photonics or Mechanical Engineering
  • First experience in a manufacturing company or in a lab environment
  • Experience in programming in Python and/or Matlab is a nice to have
  • Hands-on working style
  • Good knowledge of English
