Primary responsibilities

Identification and preparation of investment opportunities in the field of real estate
Preparation of market and location analyses
Preparation of acquisition projects in cooperation with the Real Estate Team
Preparation of relevant property valuations, due diligence, analyses and calculations
Coordination and implementation of the entire transaction process
Conducting negotiations and drafting contracts
Continuous maintenance and expansion of the existing contact network
Maintenance and administration of the internal information systems CRM, SharePoint and Immopac
Project coordination and development

Profile

Successful studies in Economics, Law and/or Real Estate
At least 3 – 5 years of professional experience in the field of real estate transactions in Switzerland
Established sourcing network in the real estate industry
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Committed and independent way of working as well as high social competence
Team player with a compelling ability to work independently
Adaptability and flexibility together with a strong sense for priorities and stress resistance
Very good language skills in German, French and English
