One of our trusted Biotech clients is looking for a Receptionist / Team Assistant for their team. The role will be based in Zug, starting on a 3-6 month contract which will transition into a permanent position.Responsibilities Include
  • Greeting and guiding clients and colleagues with courtesy and professionalism, and promptly informing relevant personnel about visitor arrivals.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for vendors, guests, and managing badge authorization.
  • Coordinating meetings, arranging catering, and handling lunch deliveries.
  • Ensuring the front desk reception and communal areas such as the lobby, kitchens, and conference rooms are well-maintained and presentable.
  • Managing Purchase Requisitions and Supplier management for the international team using SAP (comprising 40-50% of time).
  • Undertaking ad-hoc administrative duties and projects as required.
  • Depending on the Receptionist’s proficiency in the role, there may be the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, such as working with the Market Access and Policy team as an Administrator for 20-30% of time (if interested in expanding their role).
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet & SAP is a plus, or the willingness to learn.
  • Working knowledge of office operations and administrative tasks.
