  • investigate independently all cash position and transaction breaks
  • manage all types of inquiries regarding cash transaction and positions
  • improve the current process by implementing small enhancements using macros,
templates and auto rules



  • analyze existing processes and propose possibilities to enhance the level of automatization.
  • define the necessary requirements and monitor the implementation of automated processes (robots) and to support regional and global projects
Your teamYou’ll be working in the Cash Reconciliation team, in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. The team identifies all differences in external and internal cash positions and/or transactions and investigates their causes. It monitors the elimination of differences by the corresponding business units and supports them in improving their processes / data quality to avoid future differences.   • motivated, efficient, reliable and able to work in a dynamic team environment with service-orientated mind-set
  • exposure to Operations/Back-Office area and ideally reconciliation skills related to cash products and services
  • willing to learn new technologies and expand expertise/know-how in various business areas .
  • interested in digitalization and familiar with automatization projects
  • very good German and English knowledge (written and spoken skills) is required.
  • analytical skills and interconnected thinking which you have been able to prove successfully in project work (requirement definition, testing etc)
  • strong Excel, MS office skills and Basics knowledge in Computer Science or a related field is a plus
  • ability to learn new technologies
  • excellent communication skills
  • attention to detail
  • familiarity with Agile methodologies
