For our Talent Acquistion Team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for a

RECRUITER (TEMPORARY - M/F/X – 100%)

Start:ASAP

Duration:12 month contract

In this position you will identify the best talent for IWC. As a vital part of the talent team, working to implement the recruitment strategy and enhance the candidate experience at our headquarters in Schaffhausen. Your day to day consists of screening & qualifying potential candidates, partnering with our HR Business Partners & Hiring Managers to provide job market awareness, and proactively building a talent pipeline; demonstrating end-to-end ownership of the full lifecycle recruitment process. Networking, building relationships, and creating memorable experiences are at the core of our talent principles, and we hope you are as excited about people, as much as we are.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Independent handling of the entire recruiting process from the approval process to onboarding
  • Single point of contact for candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Proactive expansion of personnel selection tools and recruiting channels
  • Network building and maintenance with external partners such as agencies, headhunters and authorities
  • Participation in the Richemont Talent Sourcing Community
  • Supporting the team in employer branding related activities

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant talent sourcing experience either at a recruitment agency or within an in-house team
  • Experience in talent pipeling through various online and offline sourcing channels
  • Organizational talent and strong communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with hands-on approach and outgoing personality
  • Flexible to adapt quickly not only to changing circumstances but also to a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in German and English, French is a plus
