RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR - Zurich - 1 year contract - interview arrangement etc

An industry game changer, they now have a flux of vacancies globally that require astute organisation, strong people skills and an ability to organise others to make interviews happen for them.. A primary aspect of this opportunity is centred around interview arrangement across global timescales and so an individual who can handle multiple projects and tasks will be essential.
Your core responsibilities will be to work closely with the recruitment team to help coordinate and organise interviews, train other hiring managers on interview techniques, process expenses for interview travel and ultimately make the candidate experience as nice as possible to help employer branding.
Such support can working with both internal and external stakeholders and candidates. As such the role will also have administrative tasks but overall is a core functional element of the recruiting department.
Qualifications
Highschool diploma
Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
