My duties Conduct recruitment searches, proactive sourcing, pre-screening, reference checking and candidate presentation, including hard to fill vacancies, ensuring sufficient inflow of potentially suitable candidates matching the agreed business needs Conduct in-depth assessments of candidates, including administering cultural fit tools, and advise on individual selections, grade and salary proposals Plan and participate in branding and marketing initiatives, e.g. meetings with public / private sector organizations, universities, professional associations, job fairs, etc. Identify the Hiring Manager’s recruitment needs and translate them into an agreed recruitment plan (Service Level Agreement), aimed at the fulfilment of the needs within the agreed time and quality constraints Ensure the shortlisted candidates are interviewed and evaluated by the Hiring Managers in line with the agreed recruitment plan, way-of-working and related guidelines Serve as a member of interview panels and ensure the integrity and objectivity of recruitment, assessment and selection process within the framework of the organisation’s policies and staffing objectives Manage the offer process for the selected candidate in line with both the agreed compensation & benefits guidelines for the job and the candidate’s expectations For area of responsibility, collaborate with the HRBPs in the analysis and assessment of the short, medium and long-term staffing requirements Operationalize Workforce planning strategy provided by the Manager, Communiy of Expertise and ensure effective implementation in collaboration with relevant business focal points and HRBPs Build and maintain effective working relationships, business knowledge and satisfaction of Hiring Managers, HR Operational Services, Manager, COEs, HRBPs and candidates Prepare recruitment briefs and related assessments /analyses, including labour market studies relevant to organisational needs Deliver agreed recruitment services in line with the established way-of-working and related guidelines Undertake any other duties as directed by the Manager, HR Shared Services Team and/or the Head of HR My qualifications Main working language is English, and therefore full fluency is essential Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and/or equivalent combination of education and experience Extensive recruitment and candidate sourcing experience Sound knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from identifying the business needs to overseeing the offer process for the selected candidate Strong background and experience in proactively conducting international candidate search and assessment techniques for professional/ executive level positions, and knowledge of current trends in sourcing and recruitment Demonstrated strong interviewing (competency based interview techniques), negotiating and project management skills Good knowledge of labor markets and labor market analysis techniques Ability to operate effectively and sensitively in multi-cultural environments and build strong working relations with stakeholders and colleagues Ability to balance stakeholders interests / needs with organizational values, policies and practices Effective oral and written communication skills, including ability to present complex topics / analyses, findings and recommendations Excellent analytical skills in combination with a pragmatic approach Strong planning and organizational skills that contributes to the overall success of Talent Acquisition High degree of cultural awareness and ability to assess behaviours and attitudes Work effectively in cross-cultural situations My benefits A very renowned company Good infrastructure You will work in an international environment Continuous support during the assignment About Hays
