For Arxada in Visp we are looking for a Recruitment Partner (m/w/d) (80-100%) This is a maternity cover position for 9 months from 01.09.2022, with the option to extend or for a permanent hire. Remote work from within Switzerland is possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full life-cycle recruitment for select job openings which may include managing reqs, candidates and job descriptions within Workday.
  • Partnering with the recruitment team as well as all stakeholders (Hiring Mangers, Interview teams, HR Business Partners, HR Services) throughout the recruitment process to ensure an effective, efficient and compliant full cycle recruitment.
  • Review candidates based on requirements within our ATS (applicant tracking system), Workday.
  • Conduct Recruitment Strategy Meetings (RSM) with hiring managers when a new req is assigned to you.
  • Identifying top talent by sourcing candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Support HR related initiatives/projects/programs such as our internship program (sourcing, screening, etc.).
  • Provide scheduling support for the TA team for sites located globally.
  • Provide support for Recruiters when out of office as needed to ensure stakeholders have a point of contact and to keep critical recruitment activities moving forward.
  • Follow company/TA processes, procedures, practices, confidentiality to ensure compliance, fairness and efficiency in all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred
  • Previous hands on recruitment experience
  • Previous experience scheduling interviews is preferred
  • Fluent German mandatory, good English skills
  • Working knowledge in Talent Acquisition/recruitment space (includes sourcing; interviewing; working directly with stakeholders) preferred
  • Previous ATS experience required; Workday is a plus
  • Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms/technologies
  • Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
